Built For

You're Already Running This Business.
Now Run It Smarter.

The partner program isn't for everyone. It's for businesses that are moving real volume and need a logistics partner that treats their runs with the same seriousness they bring to their product.

🌱
Small Farm & Market Vendor
Starter Partner · 4–8 runs/month

You're at the farmers market every Saturday, running a CSA route mid-week, or dropping off to a handful of local restaurants and co-ops. Every delivery is a logistical puzzle — one-off rates, uncertain arrival windows, no guarantee your driver shows.

You're spending time you don't have managing deliveries instead of your operation.

A locked rate and a reserved slot means your product moves on schedule, every time — without the scramble.
🚜
Mid-Scale Farm & Food Producer
Growth Partner · 9–20 runs/month

You're supplying restaurants, wholesalers, or distributors across the region. You need reliable twice-weekly runs, seasonal surge capacity, and pricing that doesn't fluctuate when your margins are already thin.

You've tried regional carriers. They treat a pallet of produce the same as a box of shoes. The fees are unpredictable, the rules are rigid, and they won't touch live cargo.

Priority scheduling, route stacking, and locked rates let you plan your season — not just your week.
🏢
Agricultural Business & Distributor
Enterprise Partner · 20+ runs/month

You're running a high-volume operation — wholesale distribution, a food hub, an agricultural co-op, or multi-location supply chain. You need custom contract pricing, invoice billing, and a partner who can scale with your business demands across both hubs.

Your operation is too big for one-at-a-time booking and too specialized for general freight carriers.

Custom flat-rate contracts, net-15 invoice billing, and dedicated run scheduling built around your operation — not ours.
Why It Matters

One-Off Booking
Is Costing You.

Every time you book a single run without a standing arrangement, you're paying full rack rate and competing with everyone else for the same slots. The partner program changes that math.

  • 01
Your rate is locked, not variable
No surprise surcharges. No rate increases mid-season. You negotiate once and that's your number for the life of the agreement.
  • 02
You're never competing for your own slot
Partner runs are always prioritized ahead of single-booking customers. Your scheduled runs are held. Full stop.
  • 03
Route stacking cuts your cost further
If you have multiple stops in the same corridor, we stack them into one run. One rate for the whole route — not a separate charge per drop.
  • 04
One call. Done for the week.
Call Monday morning, book every run for the week. No repeat logistics headaches. No chasing confirmations. It just happens.
  • 05
    Invoice billing for established partners
Growth and Enterprise partners can access net-15 invoice billing instead of deposit-on-booking — matching how real B2B businesses actually operate.

The Process

Getting Set Up Is One Phone Call.

No contracts to mail, no sales pitch meetings, no onboarding portals. Here's how it actually works from day one.

1
Call & Qualify
Call (803) 801-8051 between 6AM–8PM Mon–Sat. We'll ask about your volume, routes, and cargo type to figure out which tier fits you.
2
Get Your Rate
We quote your locked rate on the call — no waiting on an email. Starter and Growth rates are standard. Enterprise rates are negotiated.
3
Lock Your Slots
Tell us your preferred days and pickup windows. Those become yours. We schedule them into the weekly route calendar and hold them.
4
Run Your Week
One call Monday morning books all your runs for the week. Text updates on every run. Tracking link when the route starts. No guesswork.
5
Invoice & Grow
Growth and Enterprise partners get net-15 invoicing. As your volume grows, your tier adjusts — automatically unlocking better rates.
The Three Tiers

Pick Where You Are.
Scale From There.

Tiers are based on your monthly run volume. There's no application fee, no minimum spend, and no penalty for scaling up. You just move into the next tier when your volume does.

Starter Partner
4 – 8 runs per month
10% off every run
For small farms, market vendors, cottage food producers, and CSA operators just getting consistent volume moving.
Farmers market regulars. CSA weekly drops. Local restaurant supply.
You're running 1–2 times a week consistently and tired of booking each run like it's the first time. You want the discount and the guarantee — without a big commitment.
  • 10% off all local and regional runs
  • Priority booking — your slots held ahead of one-off customers
  • Pre-schedule up to one week in advance
  • Route stacking where applicable (multiple drops, one rate)
  • Text updates on every run
  • Custom quote for any special cargo
What It Looks Like In Practice
"I call Monday, book my Wednesday market drop and my Friday restaurant run, and I don't think about logistics again until the texts come in telling me both are done."

Enterprise Partner
20+ runs / month · Custom contract
Custom flat rates
For agricultural businesses, food hubs, co-ops, and multi-location distributors running high volume across both corridors.
Agricultural distributors. Food hubs. Wholesale co-ops. Commercial operations.
Your logistics volume is too large for standard booking and too specialized for general freight. You need a custom agreement, predictable flat rates, and a logistics partner that understands agricultural cargo at scale.
  • Fully negotiated flat-rate contract pricing
  • Dedicated run scheduling across Charlotte and Columbia hubs
  • Net-15 invoice billing — standard
  • Custom cargo handling terms for oversized or live loads
  • Direct line to operations for route changes and urgent runs
  • Monthly volume review and rate optimization
  • Multi-stop route planning built around your supply chain
What It Looks Like In Practice
"We have 25+ runs a month across both hubs. One call sets the week. One invoice pays it. Custom rates mean our logistics cost is predictable in our budgets — twelve months out."

Questions

Common Questions About the Partner Program

Still on the fence? These are the questions we get most from businesses before they sign on.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No minimum spend and no penalty for volume fluctuations. Your tier is based on average monthly runs. If you have a slow month, you're still a partner. Enterprise accounts have a signed rate agreement, but it's flexible by design.
What if my volume goes up and I cross into the next tier?
You automatically move up. Once your average hits the next tier threshold, you get a call from us and your rate adjusts going forward. You're never stuck at a lower discount tier if your business grows.
Can I still book one-off runs outside my partner schedule?
Yes. Partner rates apply to all runs — scheduled or not. If you call for an unplanned run, your partner discount still applies. You're not locked into a rigid weekly structure.
What cargo types are included?
Everything we haul at standard: produce, grain, packaged goods, live poultry and small livestock (with add-on), market supplies, nursery product, you name it. We're built for agricultural cargo. The partner agreement covers whatever you move most.
How does billing work for Growth and Enterprise partners?
Once your account is established (typically 60 days in), we switch you to net-15 invoice billing. You run the whole month, we invoice once, you pay on the 15th. No per-run deposit required for scheduled runs.
Does the partner rate apply to both hubs?
Yes. Whether you're running out of Charlotte or Columbia — or both — your partner rate applies across the board. Growth and Enterprise partners especially benefit from access to both hub networks.
